PCIX2-4PSATA3とZ77A-GD65は相性が悪い？

Z77A-GD65でProject MのPCIX2-4PSATA3を使おうとしたが、どうにも動作が怪しい。

HDDを接続するポートによってはPOSTすらしない。

POSTするポートでもFreeBSDからだとCAMのタイムアウトを頻発したり、camcontrol devlistで名前が出てこないHDDになったりと、まともに使えない（ESXiでパススルーしてる影響も微レ存）。同じ88SE9230チップを搭載しているRocket 640LはUEFI非対応ってことになってるが、関係あったりするのかなー？

もしくはこのマザボがMarvellチップと相性が悪いのかもしれない。

88SE9123のSATA I/Fも刺さっているのだが、これもパススルーするとVMが起動しなくなる病気持ち（なのでパススルーはせずにESXi用のストレージアダプタとして利用中）。前のマザーH77 Pro4/MVPでは問題なくパススルー出来てたんだけどなぁ。こまっちーんぐ。
